Prices and ordering
- Kerr are manufactures of dental Sundries and equipment and do
not sell products directly to consumers. When ordering via The Kerr
website you will be asked to select your preferred dental
distributor from a selection of Kerr Nordic dealer partners.
- All prices stated on the Kerr website are recommended website
selling prices and the actual price you pay may vary from that
shown.
- All orders placed via The Kerr website will be received by your
local Kerr Nordic office for processing with your selected
preferred dental distributor. We endeavor to process your order
within 48 hours of receipt.
- You will receive an initial confirmation of your order from
Kerr following the placement of your order via the Kerr website;
however this is not an order receipt and should only be kept for
your records. You will receive a receipt from your chosen dental
distributor.
- All products advertised on-line via The Kerr website are sold
subject to acceptance of the dental distributor you select terms
and conditions of sale.
- If an item is out of stock you will be advised by e-mail or by
telephone within 48 working hours of us receiving your order from
either your local Kerr Area Manager or your chosen dental
distributor.
- Any promotional offers that are subjected to minimum spend
requirements are based on prices displayed within the Kerr
website.
Cancellation Policy
- All orders placed via the Kerr website will be subject to your
chosen dental distributors cancellation policy.
General terms and conditions
- Kerr from time to time may send you information including new
product launches, offers & promotions or other key market
information that they believe may be relevant to you. You will have
the opportunity to notify us if you do not wish to receive such
communications or be notified of further promotions. Please see our
Privacy and Security Policy below.
- Kerr reserves the right to withdraw any product from The Kerr
website at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at
any time at our sole discretion.
